The CPLJ Lecture Series is part of the Comparative Procedural Law and Justice (CPLJ) project, which brings together more than one hundred academics worldwide. In 2023, the CPLJ Lecture Series will provide an opportunity to discuss exciting topics related to CPLJ with outstanding scholars who are very much involved in the project. The lectures revolve around four overarching themes: (i) comparative law and procedural reform; (ii) the divide between civil law and common law; (iii) substance influencing procedure; and (iv) the rise of ADR.
